Medication and health shaming sometimes comes in subtle forms. This is such an example.

This is not a pharmacy. This is a fruit and vegetables stall. Some people do need medication to live and survive.
Yes, even vegans. Yes, even vegans on a whole foods plant based diet.

Apparently in the original image, the foodstall had the words ‘homegrown’ in the sign on top.
