A new space: Crip HumAnimal

I’m excited about this new space. A safe space. A space where my interest in animal studies and disability studies come together. Exploring the interconnections between ableism and speciesism.

At my own pace. No deadlines. No demands.

Some of the topics that I hope to explore on this platform are mentionned in the About section. I have not made any categories for now, I will rearrange the menu section and add categories as there are more posts.

I choose this photo of cacti, closely together, with stinging spines, in a pot at home as a cover photo on facebook. I see a lot of symbolism in this image, fitting to the topics I want to raise here. I leave it open to you to interpret the image how you want.

Welcome to Crip HumAnimal.
