The epic shit I did the last couple of days 💪:

• taking care of the animals at my #microsanctuary
• planting some additional native shrubs in the pasture
• committed myself to doing two podcasts and preparing them; one about veganism and ableism, the other about my experiences as a Crohn’s and AS patient and a vegan diet.
• doing vegan and AR activism on my platforms Graswortels The Bruges Vegan and #criphumanimal
• to relax and unwind: working on a pig collage quilt, nearly finished! 🐖🧵
