The video is also available on the website of the BBC. Note how the title in the video on the BBC website is different: Repairing limbs. Helping injured animals to walk again. It now says ‘repairing’ instead of ‘fixing’.  ‘Fixing’ is said to be ableist language. It implies the person with a disability is broken, deficit. But is ‘repairing’ a better choice? (see some thoughts e.g. here and here). Do the animals need ‘fixing’?
